The doggy adventure

Choco the chocolate Labrador gazed dreamfully across the grassy field, watching the prettiest dog he had seen. "Wow, she's a beauty!" Choco exclaimed. She was a black Labrador and he had just met her yesterday, during the beautiful sunset. Unfortunately Choco had never had the courage to ask her; her name... Eventually he puffed out his chest and went to talk to her.
"Hello, my name's Choco, what's yours?" Choco asked curiously.
"Oh hello, my name is Belle, erm... Do you want to be my friend?" The girl dog asked shyly.
Quickly Choco blurted out, "of course!" Then he muttered "I want to be more than a friend." Luckily Belle didn't hear this comment...

A few hours later the pair had realised that they had a lot in common. Later that day, when they were getting ready for bed, in the soft moss, they had a significant chat. "I think we should see how the two weeks go and start searching for a home!" Began Belle with a serious look on her face. "I agree and maybe we could settle down together?" Choco suggested confidently. "Maybe..." Belle answered, quite unsure.

The next morning they washed, cleaned, cooked and they were finally groomed. Choco wore a lovely bow tie and Belle was wearing a stylish bow in her hair.

The two weeks flew by and soon they were packed and ready to set off on their journey. They had packed:
- water bottles
- food
- soft moss beds
- brushes
- ties
- blankets
- bows
- ties
- climbing gear
- combs

And many more. "These shall keep us safe on our journey," mentioned Choco as he leaped over a fallen tree trunk. "It sure will," Belle answered.

Jumping over a log, Choco dropped to the ground. He struggled to catch his breath, they had been walking for hours. The two days sat down and decided to find shelter. Soon they had found a cave and fire wood. Consequently they made a fire, some food and they set up camp.

After they had eaten they went to bed, not knowing that they were sleeping in a bears cave. So early in the morning when the bear got home the dogs go an unexpected surprise... "Roar!" Growled the bear, both dogs woke up with a start, they spotted the near and ran! They ran and ran until they could run no more. Finally when they stopped they looked behind them to see no bears. Therefore they decided to carry on through the dark wood...

After a few minutes, they could see houses and then they realised they had made it home! So they went to Belle's owners house and scratched on the door. When the door opened there was a little girl, "Belle, there you are!" The girl said happily. "Yes," barked Belle. "Who is that with you?" The girl asked curiously. There was no reply...

A year later Belle and Choco had puppies. They were called Scamp, Angel, Cotton and Lucky. They were all very happy together.
