Last week, one of Top Gear's producer, Jeremy Clarkson, had been suspended for 'apparently' punching Oison Tymon over a hot meal in a hotel.
The situation is still being investigated, therefore evidence is still not found.
A BBC spokesman had refused to comment, only saying " As we said last week, we have an investigation ongoing and we will not comment on further until that is concluded."
More than 960,000 people had supported Jeremy to come back onto the show.
